1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using keysco.ca (the "Site") or any Keys & Co. landlord, tenant, agent, or manager portal, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
2. Who we are
Keys & Co. is a real estate team of licensed salespersons and brokers registered with the Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO), operating under and trading on behalf of Right at Home Realty, Brokerage. Keys & Co. is not itself a real estate brokerage.
3. Listing data is not guaranteed
Listing information displayed on the Site — including price, availability, and property details — is deemed reliable but not guaranteed, may be sourced from third-party MLS® data feeds, and is not intended to solicit properties currently listed for sale or lease. You should independently verify any information you intend to rely on. Submitting an offer, application, or valuation request through the Site does not itself constitute a binding agreement — an offer becomes binding only once a completed Agreement of Purchase and Sale (or equivalent) is signed.
4. Referral services
Where the Site connects you with a mortgage professional or other third-party service provider, Keys & Co. is acting only as a referral source. We are not a mortgage brokerage or lender, do not provide mortgage, lending, or financial advice, and are not responsible for the services provided by any third party we refer you to.
5. Account use (portals)
If you're issued a landlord, tenant, agent, or manager portal account, you're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Report any suspected unauthorized access immediately. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms or is used in a way that risks the security or integrity of the Site.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to access it by means other than the interface we provide, interfering with its operation, scraping listing data in bulk, or submitting false or misleading information through any form.
7. Intellectual property
The Site's design, text, and branding (excluding third-party listing data and content you submit) are owned by or licensed to Keys & Co. and may not be copied or reused without permission.
8. No warranty; limitation of liability
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Keys & Co. and Right at Home Realty, Brokerage are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
